I am and have been a regular customer to this store for many years. The staff are welcoming, helpful and always hard working. They sell everthing from clothing to electricals, new stock added daily. And very good deals to be had. The shop gets pretty busy sometimes, and i have not witnessed any rude behaviour (well not from staff anyway) Myself and a lot of my family and friends are regulars and we are extremely happy with the service we recieve.

An extremely RUDE and unhelpful staff and manager. customers are treated with contempt, I have used the shop three times on each occasion i have witnessed appalling customer service to old people and younger alike. Why they feel such a unpleasant attitude is acceptable i cannot imagine. if you dare to buy more than one item or question a price or infact ask anything that would require any engagement from the the blond haired manageress who wore no name tag and refused to give name after i complained about a incident i witnessed involving her and and customer. I will not be visiting the shop again although i have visited another 'the catatologue store' in Hull and the staff there were wonderful.
